THIS ITEM IS CRAP

This thing is absolute garbage. It's so awful, it makes me want to throw up. I've tried it a million instances, and it still fails miserably. The material is cheap, and the design are terrible. Honestly, I can't understand how they could sell thisproduct without being ashamed. I'm so frustrated that I wished I'd acquired something usable instead. S
